Baseus Recalls Two Models of Power Banks

Your safety is our top priority. In cooperation with the relevant European and UK authorities, BASEUS NETHERLANDS is recalling two power bank models manufactured by BASEUS MANUFACTURER.

We have become aware that the lithium-ion battery in the power banks may overheat, giving rise to a risk of fire.

The affected power bank models are as follows:

Baseus Magnetic Mini Wireless Fast Charge Power Bank 2022, 6000mAh 20W Model PPCXM06
Baseus Magnetic Wireless Charging Power Bank 6000mAh 20W Model PPCXW06.

Model PPCXM06A is not part of the recall, and no refunds will be issued for that model.

The model number is displayed on the magnetic side of the device. Please see example images below:

What You Should Do

If you have a PPCXM06 or PPCXW06 model power bank, please stop using it immediately. Please disconnect the power bank from any chargers or devices.

Please properly dispose of your power bank. In the meantime, please ensure that the power bank is stored in a safe location and away from any flammable materials.

Please do not dispose of your power bank along with your normal household waste. Instead, please take it to a collection point designated by your local municipal for the safe and environmentally-friendly disposal of lithium-ion batteries.

Obtaining A Refund

We are offering a refund to affected users. Please use the form below to submit a refund request for your PPCXM06 or PPCXW06 model power bank.

Please make sure you have the following: (1) a photo of proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation), (2) a photo of your device showing either PPCXM06 or PPCXW06 model numbers (displayed on magnetic side, see example images above), and (3) the serial number “SN”

Tips for Registration

Enter your Purchase Platform, Order Number, Purchase Date, Model Number and Serial Number to begin the registration process.

If you only have one order with one power bank, you must fill in the order information, click "Check Product" to verify your order and click" Continue" to the next page.

If you have one order with more than one power bank, you must click "Check Product" to verify the first product information, add a new product by re-filling in the Order information above, and click "Check Product" to verify product information each time.

Please enter all products on this page before moving on to submit your registration. You can enter up to 5 power banks per registration.

If you have more than one order, you can add each order information by clicking "Check Product" and fill in new order information.
