I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We only collect the information that is necessary for specified, concrete, explicit and legitimate purposes and will ensure that the information is not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

2.1 To register refund requests and process refunds
When you submit a refund request to us in accordance with our requirements, we will collect your name and contact information (including phone number, email, mailing address, country, state/province, city and Zip Code), the information about the order for which you are requesting a refund (including the product model, quantity , order number, purchase platform, date purchased), proof of purchase and a photo of the side of the product displaying the model numbers. We collect and use this information to register and review your refund request, and contact you for refund processing after review and approval. The lawful basis for processing the information above is compliance with a legal obligation (recalling products arising from relevant product safety laws).
If you purchased the product offline or contact us for the refund request via email, after your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will also collect your account information to wire you a refund. II. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

The personal information described above will be stored in accordance with the laws and regulations on the personal privacy data protection of the countries concerned.
